What products does THE FLY4 SPORTS offer?
We manufacture premium custom sportswear, team uniforms, corporate apparel, tracksuits, polo T-shirts, hoodies, shorts, school and college uniforms, event merchandise, and promotional apparel.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity is 10 pieces for most customized apparel.
Can I customize the design, logo, names, and numbers?
Yes. We offer complete customization, including logos, artwork, player names, jersey numbers, sponsor branding, and other design elements to create apparel that matches your requirements.
Can I choose different colours for custom jerseys?
Custom jerseys are manufactured according to your approved design and artwork. Separate colour variants are not available, as each jersey is produced specifically for your order.
Can I use my own design or artwork?
Absolutely. You can share your own design, logo, or artwork, or choose from our design catalogue. Our design team will prepare a digital mockup for your approval before production begins.
Do you provide design support?
Yes. Our experienced design team assists in creating professional mockups to ensure your apparel looks exactly as envisioned.
What fabrics do you offer?
We offer a variety of premium-quality performance fabrics suitable for sportswear, activewear, uniforms, and corporate apparel. Our team will recommend the most suitable fabric based on your requirements, usage, and budget.

How do I place an order?
Simply contact our team with your requirements. We’ll guide you through design selection, quotation, mockup approval, payment, production, and delivery.
Are samples available?
Yes. Sample availability depends on the product and customization requirements. Sample and shipping charges may apply.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order. The remaining 50% balance is payable before dispatch.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production timelines vary depending on the product, order quantity, and customization requirements. Once your order is confirmed, our team will provide an estimated production and delivery timeline.
Can I order multiple sizes in one order?
Yes. You can order a mix of sizes within the same order. Simply share the required quantity for each size based on our size chart.
Are sizes above XXL available?
Yes. We manufacture sizes above XXL on request. Please note that additional charges may apply for sizes above XXL due to increased fabric consumption and production requirements.
How do I choose the correct size?
We provide detailed size charts for all applicable products. We recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before confirming your order.
Is stock available for custom products?
No. Our customized products are manufactured on a made-to-order basis, so stock availability is not displayed on the website. Production begins only after order confirmation and receipt of the required advance payment.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. We issue GST-compliant tax invoices for all eligible orders.
Do you offer bulk order discounts?
Yes. We offer competitive factory-direct pricing for bulk, institutional, corporate, distributor, and event orders. Pricing depends on the product, quantity, customization requirements, fabric selection, and branding requirements. Please contact our team for a customized quotation.
Do you offer White Label, Private Label, and International Export services?
Yes. We provide complete White Label and Private Label manufacturing services, including custom branding, neck labels, hang tags, packaging, and brand-specific production. You can read more on our White Label and Export pages.
We currently export to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. If you’re located in another country, please contact our team to discuss your requirements.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect product?
Every order undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
