Return & Exchange Policy

At THE FLY4 SPORTS, every order is manufactured with precision and undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch. Since the majority of our products are custom-made according to customer specifications, our return and exchange policy differs from that of standard retail products.

1. Customized Products

As all customized apparel is manufactured exclusively for each customer, products cannot be returned or exchanged due to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Colour preference
• Design preference after approval
• Incorrect names, numbers, or logos approved by the customer
• Delay in delivery caused by logistics partners

We encourage customers to carefully review all order details before approving production.

2. Eligible Return or Replacement

A replacement may be considered in the following situations:

• Incorrect product delivered
• Wrong customization done by our production team
• Verified manufacturing defect
• Missing items from the shipment
• Damage caused during manufacturing

All requests are subject to inspection and approval by our Quality Assurance team.

3. Reporting an Issue

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if they receive an incorrect or defective product.

The request should include:

• Order Number
• Product photographs
• Images clearly showing the issue
• Brief description of the concern

Requests received after the specified period may not be eligible for review.

4. Inspection Process

Upon receiving your request, our team will evaluate the issue. If the claim is found to be valid, we may, at our discretion:

• Replace the affected product
• Reproduce the product
• Offer an appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue

5. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Customized jerseys
• Team uniforms
• White-label products
• Private label manufacturing orders
• Bulk institutional orders manufactured as per approved specifications
