THE FLY4 SPORTS is a factory-direct manufacturer specializing in custom sportswear, team uniforms, corporate apparel, institutional uniforms, and white-label manufacturing. As most of our products are manufactured specifically to customer requirements, certain policies relating to cancellations, returns, exchanges, and production timelines differ from those applicable to standard retail products.

You must be at least 18 years of age or legally authorized to enter into binding contracts to place an order through our website.

We strive to display our products, colours, fabrics, and designs as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colours, print placement, stitching, fabric texture, or material availability may occur due to manufacturing processes, screen settings, lighting, or production requirements. Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

Certain customized products may not offer selectable colour variants on the website, as each product is manufactured according to the customer’s approved design and specifications.

Our core business involves customized apparel manufacturing. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs, artwork, colours, names, numbers, logos, sizing, and customization details before production begins.

Once approval has been provided, THE FLY4 SPORTS shall not be held responsible for any errors that were approved by the customer.

Custom jerseys and other personalized products are manufactured according to the customer’s approved artwork, colours, logos, names, numbers, and specifications. Colour variants or alternative colour selections may not be available for such products unless specifically agreed upon during the design approval process.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for customized apparel is 10 pieces.

Certain specialized products or promotional offers may have different minimum order requirements.

All prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice.

Final pricing depends upon factors including:

• Quantity
• Product specifications
• Fabric selection
• Printing requirements
• Embroidery requirements
• Custom packaging
• Shipping destination
• Applicable taxes

A formal quotation shared by our team shall prevail over any website pricing wherever applicable.

Standard pricing applies to sizes S to XXL unless otherwise specified. Sizes above XXL may attract additional charges depending on the garment type, fabric consumption, and customization requirements.

Production begins only after the required advance payment has been received and order confirmation has been completed.

For certain institutional or corporate orders, customized payment terms may be agreed upon separately.

Production timelines vary depending upon:

• Order quantity

Estimated timelines are provided for guidance only and may vary due to operational circumstances.

Delivery timelines commence after production is completed and the order has been dispatched.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, natural events, government restrictions, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances shall not make THE FLY4 SPORTS liable for compensation.

Requests to modify designs, quantities, colours, names, numbers, or other specifications may only be accepted before production begins.

Once production has started, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

Orders may be cancelled only before production commences.

Once manufacturing has started, customized orders cannot be cancelled due to the nature of personalized production.

Since most products are custom manufactured, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted.

Exceptions may be considered only in cases of verified manufacturing defects or incorrect items supplied.

Customized products are covered only against verified manufacturing defects as outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper usage, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized alterations, or issues arising from customer-approved designs, specifications, sizes, names, numbers, logos, or artwork.

All website content, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, trademarks, text, and other materials are the intellectual property of THE FLY4 SPORTS or their respective owners.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, transmitted, or otherwise used without prior written permission from THE FLY4 SPORTS or the respective owner.

Customers retain ownership of all logos, trademarks, artwork, designs, and other intellectual property submitted to THE FLY4 SPORTS for customization.

By submitting such materials, customers confirm that they possess the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use them.

THE FLY4 SPORTS shall use such materials solely for the purpose of manufacturing, quality assurance, and fulfilling the customer’s order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

THE FLY4 SPORTS shall not be liable for any infringement, dispute, or claim arising from customer-provided content.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, THE FLY4 SPORTS reserves the right to photograph, record, and showcase the finished products manufactured for its customers for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes.

This may include displaying product photographs, videos, mockups, completed garments, and related visuals on our website, social media platforms, digital advertisements, catalogs, exhibitions, and other marketing materials.

Where customer logos, trademarks, or branding appear on such products, they will be displayed solely to represent work completed by THE FLY4 SPORTS and shall not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation beyond the manufacturing services provided.

Customers who require complete confidentiality or do not wish their products to be featured in our promotional materials must notify THE FLY4 SPORTS in writing before production begins. Such requests will be considered and honored where mutually agreed.

For white-label or private-label manufacturing projects, all proprietary information, product specifications, branding, designs, and business information shared between both parties shall be treated as confidential.

THE FLY4 SPORTS respects the confidentiality of client brands and will not disclose, reproduce, or use such information for any purpose other than fulfilling the agreed manufacturing requirements unless required by law or authorized in writing by the customer.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, THE FLY4 SPORTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the affected order.

THE FLY4 SPORTS shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, supplier delays, customs delays, government actions, power failures, labour shortages, or other unforeseen events.

Customer information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your personal information and handling it responsibly.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

THE FLY4 SPORTS reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any revised version shall become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
